We are marketing a private collection of PAPUNYA TULA ARTIST from 1984 - 2015

The collection is based around the Karranyarra outstation family of Old Andy Tjungurray

As a visual artist steeped in mytho poetic intelligence, my deepest intention was to record the innate heritage pattern language of these first women painters

The metaphoric visual pattern language as custodian by these women are from two streams Emma Nungurayi, Old Andy’s sister, women's custodianship of sacred sites within central Mount wedge and another through Entalura from her father Old Walter TJampitjimpa from Ilpilly a dreaming for the Honey Ant  

Over the years, I repeatedly provided blank canvas, to the Artist, and without hesitation, a Central story in the form of concentric circles, semicircles, digging sticks were painted within the framework of the painting.

These stories were often sung chanted as the women painted.

We understood that this is an undiluted documentation of their cultural heritage, the symbols and motives documented metaphors from the collective unconscious, universal to humanity.

Their importance is to confirm the structure of our inner landscapes seamless coherence to as Jung named archetypes of the collective unconscious.
